Why I started this blog
New AI tools drop almost every week, but when you search for them you mostly find marketing blurbs and feature lists — rarely an answer to "is this actually useful for my work?" So I started paying for the tools myself, running the same task through several of them to compare, and writing the results up as comparison tables and diagrams. This blog is that record.

Using AI to help understand
Alongside tool workflows, I've recently been writing about "Math with AI." When studying math, there are points that just don't land from text and formulas alone — questions like "why does this formula have exactly this shape?" I take those and turn them into interactive diagrams you can actually move, built with the help of AI.
